We’re sorry to hear that you’re not fully satisfied with your order. We want to make the return process as clear and smooth as possible.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
For all returns that are not related to a damaged product, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that our warehouse is located in Asia, so return shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping company you choose.
We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the damage.
For damaged products, we do not offer refunds. Instead, once the damage has been reviewed and approved by our support team, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.
You do not need to return the damaged product to us. You may keep it or dispose of it yourself.
How to Return Your Product
Step 1: Contact Us
Contact us through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received the return instructions from us, send the items to the return address we provide.
Please make sure to use a shipping method with Track & Trace. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we have received your return in good condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that you may reconsider your purchase after placing an order.
Please note that in some cases, orders are processed and shipped extremely quickly. Therefore, if you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us through our contact page as soon as possible. Our support team will check whether cancellation is still possible.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, once you have received your order, you may still return it in accordance with our return policy.
Important Notes
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition, with all labels and tags attached. The product must show no signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the item has been used, damaged after delivery, or is not returned in its original condition.
Damaged products are not eligible for a refund. If approved by our support team, a free replacement product will be sent instead.
For all return reasons other than receiving a damaged product, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All regular returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
